Bruce is originally from Chicago and grew up in Indianapolis. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelors degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training with a minor in Business Administration. Bruce also has an MBA in Marketing from Butler University. Bruce moved to Las Vegas in 1999 to be closer to his parents. He currently resides in the Green Valley area of Henderson with his three Great Pyrenees, Natasha, Jesse and Jillybear.

Bruce was drawn to the real estate and finance field in 1987 when he became a real estate agent for Carpenter Realtor’s Better Homes and Garden. After being a multimillion dollar producer he decided to go out on his own and opened up Singer Real Estate. He ran a successful real estate company until his move out to Las Vegas in 1999 when he decided to become a Residential and Commercial Loan Specialist. His motto is “once you are a client of mine you will be a client of mine for life.” Bruce has regularly been a top mortgage consultant for every company he has worked for in the Las Vegas Valley. Bruce comes to Stone Canyon Financial with 20 years of real estate and finance experience.

Outside of the mortgage business you will find Bruce on the golf course trying to break that ever elusive score of 80. He also likes going to comedy clubs and listening to live music.

With Bruce’s laid back style and knowledge of the business, you will find it a joy to work with him time and time again. “The best compliment anyone can give me is a referral”, is often the line you will hear from Bruce. Bruce takes an interest in what is best for the client. If it is not in your best interest it isn’t in his either.
