Originally from the central coast and Los Angeles California, Dustin moved to Las Vegas in 1998 after finishing college to pursue his real estate career. He married Adeline King in 2000, who works for the Clark County Schools District as an ELL specialist. They currently reside in the Las Vegas master planed community of Summerlin.

Dustin received his license as a Realtor in 1999 and worked for Century 21 Advantage Gold. Eventually he realized that he was more interested in the mortgage side of the real estate business. He worked as an assistant for one of the top mortgage originators in state of Nevada for a year, and in 2002 became a licensed mortgage agent. He then for several years worked for Prime Cap Financial, a respected brokerage firm.

In 2006 Dustin opened his own mortgage company, Stone Canyon Financial. The name of the company is derived from a street that he lived on in California at a point in his life that would be considered his lowest, financially speaking. As a self motivated and driven person he decided to take his lowest financial point and turn into to a successful financial endeavor, therefore the name was established.

Beyond the mortgage business he is also an accomplished musician, playing guitar, drums and bass for the last 18 years. While music is still is a passion of his, it remains a hobby that he uses as a creative outlet in his personal home recording studio.

Dustin regularly exceeds several million dollars a month in mortgage origination and has a primary focus on the Las Vegas mortgage market. He has established relationships with several top local real estate agents and has built these relationships with his proven record of success.

His Clients and Realtors find his professional and no nonsense approach to the mortgage business refreshing. Dustin has also been published in “Mortgage Originator Magazine” and has regular speaking engagements. With every single closed transaction his business continues to grow and is one of top mortgage broker's in the country.
